Attain gravity defying skills in our Straight Arm Strength class. This class focuses on training for skills namely the front and back lever, and planche. You will work on exercises that are unique of its kind, for the usual bent arm exercises (pull ups and push ups), though important for foundational strength, eventually do little to help you achieve these skills.
You will become familiar with drills designed for mastering the right technique for efficient mechanics, and exercises catered to developing strength to hold yourself up in the position – resulting in more upper body and core control.
For experienced practitioners who may have hit a brick wall, you will gain methods we have devised to tackle problems commonly in technique and/or strength that will help you break plateaus and unlock your true ability.
