If you are a complete beginner and are looking for a progressive introduction into the world of Calisthenics, or have specific goals that require a more focused approach, or a case of injury that need special adjustments to your training, you can engage one of our trainers for personal training.

We customise programs according to your goals, fitness level, and preferences for the best of your progress. You can expect to be working with the same coach throughout your journey. Scheduling of sessions are based on both you and the trainers’ availability.
