1) 5 pull-ups unassisted

Muscle Ups 1

1) Minimum 10 unassisted pull-ups

Muscle Ups 2

1) Able to do a muscle-up unassisted or with a black band

Straight Arm Strength

1) Able to perform 3-5 pull ups

2) Able to perform 10-15 push ups
